Port Messenger

Terms of Service

Effective: 8 August 2026
Last updated: 8 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Port. The operating legal entity and governing jurisdiction must be confirmed before public app release.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Port, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If applicable law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use Port only with that consent and supervision.

3. Your account and device identity

You are responsible for accurate account information, the security of your device and credentials, and activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or device has been compromised.

4. Ports and connections

A Port is a controlled connection point you can share for a person, service or moment. Product controls may evolve. Opening, sharing or closing a Port does not by itself promise a particular data-retention outcome unless the released app expressly says so.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Port to break the law, threaten or harass others, distribute unlawful or infringing content, send spam, impersonate others, exploit children, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorized access.

6. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Port the limited permission needed to host, process and deliver that content for the service. You are responsible for having the rights required to share it.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how information may be processed. Store disclosures and this policy should be reviewed again when the production app behavior is final.

8. Safety and abuse

You can report safety concerns or abuse through Port Support. We may review relevant information and take reasonable action to protect users, the service or the public.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service integrity or a breach of these terms. You may stop using Port and request deletion as described on the deletion page.

10. Service availability

Port may change, add or remove features and may occasionally be unavailable. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or error-free.

11. Intellectual property

Port's name, marks, design and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of Port or its technology to you.

12. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Port is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that cannot reasonably be made for an evolving online service. Nothing here removes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. We will revise the date above and may provide additional notice for material changes.

15. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
